According to sources, Lil Xan was released from a psych ward and moved straight into rehab. After checking into a hospital over worries about his mental health, medical professionals decided he wasn’t a danger to himself or others.
TMZ reported Lil Xan checked into an infirmary due to exhaustion, dehydration, and depression. Last week, the rapper informed his fans via Instagram that he was hospitalized on a “5150.”
It permits individuals with mental health issues to be involuntarily detained for 72 hours.
“DIDN’T WANT TO EVEN LET PEOPLE KNOW HOW BAD IT WAS AFFECTING MY MENTAL HEALTH BUT I FEEL I SHOULD, BEEN IN THE HOSPITAL ON A 51/50,” Lil Xan took to Instagram in the stories.
“PLEASE STOP SPEAKING ABOUT ME IF YOU DONT KNOW ME IM A HUMAN BEING JUST LIKE YOU.”
He was open about his drug struggles and detailed his addiction; He also blamed his ex-manager Stat Quo for enabling his addiction by giving him drugs on tour.
“These people must answer for there crimes,I remember days on tour my security would have to check on me to see if I was still breathing! But as long as I was medicated enough to get on stage and make that bag for me and the team everything was all good lol what a joke.”
