It’s been one heck of a year for Dababy after his incident offending the LGBT community. It seems like he was in the process of a downward spiral; it wasn’t too long before his relationship fell apart publicly, along with being detained on Rodeo Drive for carrying a loaded firearm.
The court document stated DaBaby and his entourage were in a Gucci store when a security guard allegedly saw DaBaby lift his shirt. The guard claimed he saw something in his waistband resembling a gun, provoking him to call the police.
The D.A. chose not to prosecute because of a lack of evidence. California has strict gun laws, so it’s a blessing not to see the event hold up in court. However, they do have proof of a fight that broke out between Daniliegh’s brother and Dababy. His bowling alley scuffle with DaniLeigh’s brother is caught on video. Law enforcement sources express there’s a possibility that the case could get some consideration by the D.A.’s Office, considering the evidence is already on social media. It was also said that a felony assault with a deadly weapon charge is mainly in play.

When asked what he has learned from the situation, the baby expresses how he needs to move a certain way and be mindful and more sensitive for what he says.
