It was a sad Sunday as Lofi Girl stated that its account had been targeted with allegations of copyright violations. They took to Twitter ;
“lofi radios have been taken down because of false copyright strikes.”
The tweet was published with a screenshot of an email sent by YouTube. The tweet has accumulated more than 95,000 likes, and today is Tuesday.
The channel started in 2015 when a French musician named Dmitri would stream one of the longest-running life in Youtube history.
On Monday, the video platform acknowledged the improper removal of a few live streams from some of the most popular accounts due to false copyright claims. YouTube Issued an apology and vowed to restore the channels within two days.
