Since 2017, Ayanna Williams held the world record of having the longest fingernails. After 28 years of growing, the Texan native had nails as long as 24 feet and 0.7 inches. She concluded that it was time to let them go. A visit was paid to a dermatologist, and then the procedure was scheduled.
